A WOMAN who fraudulently claimed housing benefit and income support for 14 years is starting a 10-month prison sentence. Glastonbury resident Julie Rayner, of Windmill Hill Road, was jailed after pleading guilty to four counts of benefit fraud at Taunton Crown Court.
