A GLASTONBURY man who appeared in court bare-chested with his jumper tied over his head after being arrested following a disturbance in the town at the weekend has been remanded in custody. Matthew Peter Lomas, also known as Sebastian, was brought before District Judge David Taylor, sitting at Yeovil, charged with threatening behaviour and assaulting a police officer after allegedly biting his wrist as he tried to arrest him.
