A YEOVIL man accused of assaulting a woman has had his trial relisted to take place in December.Vince McQuarrie, aged 25, of Newton Road, is charged with assaulting Clare Batchelor by beating her during an incident at Glastonbury on March 25.He pleaded not guilty to the allegation and the matter had been adjourned for a trial to take place on September 8.However, the trial was not able to go ahead and when the matter was put back before Somerset Magistrates they agreed to adjourn the matter...
