A WELLS man accused of an offence of criminal damage has had the case against him dropped. Benjamin Frank Hancock, aged 26, of Keward, appeared at a previous hearing before Somerset Magistrates at Yeovil. He was charged with damaging roof tiles of an unknown value belonging to Steven Moody at Corner Stores in Northload Street, Glastonbury on June 28 but did not enter a plea. The case had been adjourned for the police to review the matter and consider giving the defendant a caution...
