FIRE crews called to Westhay after a pony became stuck in a rhyne. At 11.57am today, one appliance from Glastonbury and Specialist Rescue Team from Bridgwater were mobilised to the scene at Westhay Moor Drove. On arrival crews found one pony to be stuck up to its neck in water and set about making the scene safe and setting up equipment, awaiting the arrival of the Specialist Rescue Team.
