This is Somerset -- Interested in learning more about the Glastonbury food bank and how you can help? A bring-and-share finger buffet and presentation will take place at 7pm on May 15 at Glastonbury Methodist Church Hall, Lambrook Street. The Glastonbury food bank and shelter pack scheme was set up by the local churches in November 2010 to offer short term practical support to local people facing some kind of financial crisis. They are now seeking to develop the project through the setting up of a new charitable organisation, "Glastonbury Bridging the Gap".
